Vicki Sharp, NALP, CAPS, CDPM, brings approximately 47 years of property management experience to her audiences.  After serving an enlistment in the US Army, Vicki started in the property management business as a leasing consultant.  She quickly rose through the ranks in all management positions, and has worked with REITs, fee management companies, and owner managed portfolios, ultimately owning her own marketing and consulting business.  Vicki has extensive experience with the management of Privatized Military Family Housing for the Army, Marine Corps, and Air Force.

In addition to her professional certifications, Vicki holds a Texas Real Estate Sales License and a Tennessee Real Estate Brokers License.

While living in Texas, she was a certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Fair Housing Instructor.
