“Great Leaders and Bad Bosses…You Can Learn From Both!”  I wrote this session after experiencing a truly bad boss, and then remembering all the terrific leaders I have worked with in the past and what made them great.  Written for those who supervise others, and those who are up for promotion, this seminar will cover the importance of being present for your team, great communication tips, and going to bat when needed.  There will be some discussion about the importance of being present, and how to make an impact on each team member.  We will also talk about coaching, counseling, and even terminations.  Because motivation is such a big part of what we do, there are lots of ideas for recognition and rewards.
