“Fair Housing.  One Size Does Not Fit All”

Not your typical Fair Housing session, we will focus on what Fair Housing means for all roles in property management.  We will cover impacts for leasing, assistant managers, managers, and even maintenance.  Starting from the first contact, we will explore where Fair Housing applies throughout the resident journey, all the way through the move out.

Maintenance is a key area of focus as many complaints are being filed on maintenance issues and conduct.  There will even be a bit of Sexual Harassment information and how it relates to Fair Housing.
