Vicki Sharp with Sharp Solutions will Present this Fun Filled Seminar.

This session will focus on typical duties of the assistant manager, including rent collection, lease renewals, and stepping in the manager’s role when needed.

There will be significant discussion about managing the team as the second in command. We will chat about personality traits and how to apply these to the team and the residents. There will be some discussion about handling the irate customer.

The importance of timely rent collection and renewing leases will be discussed, along with some discussion about inspecting apartments and handling security deposits. We will share a great timeline to use to snag those renewals, even with a rent increase!

Lastly, we will chat about moving up the ladder in the industry, along with thoughts and ideas to have a successful career.
